Here are ten excellent albums I would recommend to anyone who is just starting a blues collection and wants to know where to begin. These are not my top ten favorite blues albums, but rather ten albums which wonderfully represent some of the great artsists of the blues. Several of these albums are best-of collections, so a similar best-of for that artist would likely do the trick, but I am really happy with the collections I have in each of these cases.
